Wellness Sessions
Help keep your child on track and progressing through age appropriate purposeful play. Discuss tips, tricks, and strategies tailored to your child and situation. A great opportunity to demonstrate basic handling techniques to help foster development. Sessions can provide a way to prevent motor delays and common concerns like torticollis and plagiocephely. Sessions also provide a wonderful opportunity to assist with environmental set-up and ways to help promote development through your family’s everyday routines.

Wellness sessions are provided by a pediatric therapist however it is important to note that sessions are not considered therapy and should not replace medical advice or therapy. Sessions can take place in-person or virtually and include one follow-up email.

Milestone Check-In
Parenthood is hard, let us help take some of the unknown out of your child’s development. Milestone check-ins help provide you with continual support through the first years of life, guiding you through the major developmental milestones. Visits will include an overview of milestones your baby should be focusing on for their adjusted age along with hands-on tips and tricks to help them stay on track.

Infant Massage
Infant massage instruction in natural environment taught by certified infant massage instructor. Sessions include massage techniques, education on bonding and attachment, and basic information on ways to enhance infant development in the first year of life. Infant massage instruction also offered through virtual platform.
