- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Physical and Occupational Therapy can be provided through telehealth. Telehealth sessions are completed remotely through a virtual platform that provide care and wellness related information. Therapists and families will utilize technology such as smart phones, tablets or computers to communicate.
We realize not everyone has easy access to in home sessions, therefore Telehealth visits are a great option to ensure continuity of care and increase access to care. Telehealth is safe and effective way to deliver services without the risks of inclement weather, transmission of contagious conditions, or when therapist is unable to access patient. Therapist will continue to guide and lead sessions, however please note, telehealth sessions will require active participation of parent/caregiver with the child.
We strongly believe this can be a good option for children!
